Licensed in real estate for nearly 25 years, Russ brings a disciplined, enterprise‑level perspective shaped by an extensive career in the auto insurance industry. He has nearly 30 years of experience in auto insurance claims operations and strategy, including senior leadership roles with two top‑five national insurance carriers. In parallel with his work at Lighthouse, Russ currently serves as a Lead Solutions Engineer for a SaaS technology company that supports auto insurance claims organizations, advising on operational efficiency, technology adoption, and strategic outcomes.

Russ is deeply committed to public service and community leadership. He has served as a firefighter for the Town of Kennebunkport for 25 years and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Kennebunkport Emergency Medical Services, the nonprofit organization responsible for providing emergency medical care to the town. He also serves on the Board of Directors—and as Treasurer—of the Kennebunkport Conservation Trust, and is a board member of the First County Foundation.
