As first-time home buyers using a VA loan, finding a house was not easy. Heather made it her mission to get us into something great. She did not let us lose hope throughout the process and made sure we would find a great home. She was NOT going to let us settle on anything other than an amazing home. 

She was a fantastic negotiator and got us an amazing deal. Before closing, she and her husband made sure all the necessary repairs were made for the VA appraisal to go through. It was a huge asset that she and her husband own a local construction company and were able to make the repairs necessary on a very short timeline. She bent over backwards keeping us on schedule so we could close on time. She was not going to let us lose our opportunity to get into a home. Not many Realtors will go that far for their clients, and we are incredibly grateful!

Julie Grady is the best real estate agent in southern Maine, in my opinion. She is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the job, extremely easy to work with, and deals with bumps in the road or unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
